Welcome to my website. In the following pages, I would like to provide you with some information about my approach to working with clients, and the various services that I provide. I believe that therapy is a very personal and private experience. It is very important that you be open about your concerns so that we can discuss that which is of most importance to you. I will do my best to listen to, clarify, and understand your concerns and feelings. In addition, I want to understand what it is that you would like as a result of coming to therapy. Some people are looking for support and validation of their beliefs and feelings. Others feel stuck in their life and want direction in how to resolve certain life problems and negative patterns. And still, others want to learn how to better manage a particular situation, relationships, stress, their health, or pain.
Since every person is different, my approach to therapy is to tailor the treatment to each individual, couple, or families’ needs. I am very curious about what you have tried on your own to improve your situation and address your concerns. I want to know what has helped and what has not worked for you. I am interested in your strengths and abilities, and areas that you want to develop or improve on. I believe that we can sometimes learn how to better utilize our own strengths and resources to deal with our life concerns or challenges.
